The front staff are nasty. It took four times calling before i was able to speak with a live person. When i did i tried to explain what a need. I was uware that medical reless forms take 48 hours. I needed the form by monday. The person chewed me out because i called foir times. I did not leave four messages. I had a dental appt the Procedure required oral sedation and do the medication that I was on.I need a provider Authorization to skip that day's dosage. The other providers that are there are great.

As a 42 year veteran of the Air Force, I have seen health care providers all over the world. This little clinic in Tenino was a surprise.
Danielle really listens to me and covers all the bases. I have not been called by a care provider at home to check up on how I was feeling. She stuck with me and actually cared. The staff deserves a shoutout also. Super people!!

I can not say enough good things about this office. The front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Christy is wonderful, as is Heather. I feel heard and taken seriously. Heather goes above and beyond to come up with solutions and get you answers. I could not be happier with the service I receive here.
