Althouse my appointment had several rescheduled dates due to staffing, and Onalaska computer/internet connectivity, which is near nonexistent, made co-pay payment a challenge, Elizabeth Hansen always provides top quality care, once you are able to be seen.

Very polite and respectful people. Doctor and Nurse listen to what you have to say and answer all your questions. They are concerned, caring people.

The staff from check in to MA and Elizabeth were so nice and helpful. Especially to someone who doesn't like going to doctors, they made it very easy and welcoming and compassionate towards my concerns.
