Living in the Buttes. All comments from other reviews are accurate; especially the absurdly high water bills. We are EXTREMELY conservative about water in our house, and the water bill still hits $200. More than 75% of the actual bill goes to pay "membership fees" that they simply use to put more money in their pocket. Valley Water District should be ashamed of themselves.
Terrible philosophy.

I hope you never have a financial hardship and use valley water, cause they will shut off your water with NO extensions. Or the best is when you pay online at 3:30pm and the shut your water off for non payment the next day because its after 3pm the day before, and it's an extra 100.00 to turn your water back on. Puyallup Water... doesnt care about its customers. I miss Spanaway water half the price and they care about their customers.

Living in the Buttes as well. The pricing like mentioned is absurdly high. In fact the most of any utility bill I have and have had in the past. Far more than anyone I talk to going through other companies. Not to mention this company is stuck in the past. No “easy” set up for automatic online payments and if you do pay online you are hit with a fairly large service fee.
