The doctors are good. But getting an ongoing prescription from them is a nightmare. They dont just give the refills. they have 3 prescriptions sent over to be on file. They never actually do that. it ends up being a fight every month to get my son his meds. The last time I tried to call they just put me on hold and left me there. after 10 minutes I hung up and called back and the same lady answered and she acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. I still havent received the prescription. I am moving my son to Rockwood.

Dr Roberts and both the Simmermans are amazing. We have been very pleased with our care. They always get our sick kids in to be seen the same day and have never told us to just go to urgent care or the ED! Great job VYPC!!!

Dr. Simmerman is an amazing doctor. She is really sweet and actually listens to you when are telling her about your children. I would recommend anyone with a young child to see her.
