I didn't see the negative review until after I'd taken my car to Value Automotive. The so-call owner Angel tried to take my car away to another place to repair the car. There was a vehicle in front of company entrance sitting there, on a flat, with no one attempting to repair it. Upon thinking further, why would a automotive mechanic need to take your car somewhere us to repair it. Hurrying out of the office, I quickly stopped Angel before he disappeared with me car. Alert thinking or just feeling uncomfortable with Angel driving away in my car. I stopped Angel an told him to get out an give me my car. I refuse to be a victim. Beware of Value Automotive. No professionalism. Be careful who you let under your hood!👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹

Didn't disclose hourly rate of $115 until after he gave inflated quote. Tried to take car elsewhere and Angel, the owner would not release it until I paid him $115 that I never consented to for work he never did. Police came and made him give keys back. Very unprofessional. The old owners used to run this place fair and honest. Unfortunately, under the new owner, it doesn't seem to be the case. Make sure you ask up front if there is a fee if you bring your car In here for a quote with a known issue! Or just save your money and time and take your car elsewhere. I would not recommend this business to anyone!

My RV was in need of an oil change and Value Automotive came through. I had very little time and he opened early and got me in. Good price, good service and enjoyable to talk to. This type of atmosphere is hard to come by and I can not say how much I appreciated it. Thank you Value Automotive.
