Value Village NO LONGER GETS MY VOTE OF APPROVAL.
Why?
They removed their fitting rooms, and when asked, I was told I could return items to any VV location.
Wait WHAT??!!
So in effect, they did this because THEY WANT YOU TO COME BACK WITH RETURNS so that you get suckered in to doing more shopping.
Translation: Value Village doesn't give a rat's tail-end that they're now TOTALLY WASTING YOUR TIME.
PLEASE... ANYONE WHO READS THIS... PLEASE ADD YOUR OWN COMMENTS ABOUT THIS RIDICULOUS DECISION TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH DISREGARD.

Terríble store. Very disorganized and rude staff. Today they made my wife waste so much time while checking all of her items from the abay bag and they wanted to price differently. This is absurd. They dont organize the items and are checking one by one in the cashier. When my wife asked for their names, they refused to give it. What a joke!!!! Management and staff here are TERRIBLE. We've been going to different value village for years, specially to this store, but today it was the worst experience ever. They made my wife cry because of their rudeness! We're filling a formal complaint! They are calling us thiefs??? You should organize your store better! Train your staff better. Im coming back to get their names since they refused to give me today. THIS IS ABUSIVE! RIDICULOUS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Whether you're looking for clothes, home decor, or unique finds, Value Village has something for everyone. Their commitment to sustainability is also commendable, making it a guilt-free shopping experience. I always leave with a smile and great deals.
