I have shopped at a lot of Value Village stores but am wondering why this one in particular is turning away service animals. They are aware that’s a federal law, right?

I’ve found so many great pieces of clothing and items here, including 2 incredibly affordable, like new, hard-cased luggage that would normally run for like $80 / piece of luggage. Definitely the best Value Village around the area.

I’d like to start by saying I enjoy this value village, and frequent it. The main manager and many of the employees are very nice and this location is well kept and organized. However, there are a few other employees that make it difficult to enjoy shopping there. One employee came up to me 10 minutes before close letting me know I needed to head to checkout because they would close in 10 minutes. I let her know that I was finishing up and would head over shortly. She responded angrily saying that I had to head over now. When I expressed confusing because they wouldn’t close for another 10 minutes, she angrily told me to leave the store because I was clearly being a nuisance. They also target groups of teens or kids and harass them on if they payed or not.
