Terrible. Worst place I have ever dealt with. Overcharged me and wouldn’t admit their fault. I pulled my sone after 2 months.

My child was bit repeatly, these bits we're open skin bits, very painful. After the 4th time I pulled my child. Not once did anyone see it happen, this daycare tried to tell me my two year old didn't even cry, I knew they were lying to me as these bit marks broke open her skin. She also had an injury that involved her bottom lip being broke open inside and out. Again they claimed she didn't cry and they werent sure what happened. If you call them on an injury they didn't tell you about they race to create a report and ask you to sign after you've informed them. I have come to pick up my child to find no one in her room. Five little 2yr olds left alone. I pulled my child out today. I am making a report to DSHS. One of the day care workers stated they encourage you to teach your child to defend themselves, and I said so teach her to bit back? I was told yes. Sorry we don't teach violence and aggression in our family. If anyone else has expierenced this form of abuse by this daycare, please report it to dshs, they need to be held accountable. I went home to call new daycares and I explained what was happening and both daycares asked me if it was valued kids? I said yes and both said they'd heard many complaints similar to mine. This place is not good for little ones. Beware.

My children started attending Valued kids in 2012. Tina and her staff have become family. Any concern I ever had was always addressed immediately. My kids have another family at Valued kids!!!! Thank you ladies (and Steve) for always being there for us. I can't thank you enough for the amazing, understanding and compassionate Care you gave my girls throughout the years!
