I drive a fleet element vehicle. I drive 7500 miles every month. I go in every month and they always hassle me about 1 thing or another. 1st the guy tried to tell me he didn't take my Element card because it is fuel only. Then he tried telling me that my car would likely not be in the element system because it is new. (They don't hand out Element cards to cars that are not in their system) Then he tries telling me that he can only put in conventional oil. He never even bothered looking at the sticker under the hood that clearly shows SAE 0W-20(that's full synthetic). There is clearly a reason that the Valvoline place on Stratford road is always packed 3 cars back in each lane and this place is always empty. This Valvoline place needs new Management and better training.
