Although efficient, all three were definitely lacking in personality. I visit many valvoline"s and I would have to say not the worst in customer service but a close second. People are more inclined to trust when the feel their best interest is being considered as opposed to a hard core sale. QUICK!! MAKE UP YOUR MIND NOW!!! I felt like I was on a MILLITARY base. Work on you guest relations. I will go to a different valvoline for this reason alone.
This is my most favorite location! I’ve been going to Valvoline for years, and I go clear out of my way to come to this specific one The manager, Donald, I believe is super nice treats his staff really well. You can hear him educating, bantering and respecting them. Harley was my service writer. She was super sweet and educated, not pushy I didn’t get the text name, but he was very much of people person for the guy who is the one changing the oil and doesn’t have to be! I only take my time to write reviews where I feel the recognition due
