Older male employee acted unprofessionally throwing his arms around and yelling. I wasn't even in the service bay yet. Female employee was trying to calmly help me get lined up. Because of the man and his erratic behavior I left as I didn't want him touching my car recklessly. Been going to this location for over a decade. Will go elsewhere to care for my car. Unacceptable.

I just had my oil changed, and the two awesome young women working there made my day. I loved their workflow and their vibe. They were quick efficient and very knowledgeable. They made the experience fun for me. They had outstanding customer service and you can really tell they enjoy their job!

Didn't have to wait long, but we are retired and went during the week. We just happened to be in Ennumclaw that day. Less expensive than taking it to the VW dealership for service and we got a senior discount.
