Honestly my favorite place to get my oil changed. Today though they lost a star from me. My issue, I got moved out of a line that moved up immediately after I moved. Updated - they just lost another star. The vehicle I was moved for is being serviced while I am still sitting behind the other vehicles in the line I was moved to. Good thing they don’t work for tips.

Fast oil changes done right by knowledgeable people line maybe a little long but well worth the wait be sure to check for coupons they have great deals. Get your oil changed with Valvoline you won't be disappointed believe that.

On July 3rd 2024 I needed an oil change before leaving on a trip. I didn't have time to do it myself so I stopped in at the East Bremerton Valvoline "Instant" Oil Change. All three bays were full and two had one car waiting and the third had two. I counted 8 employees in the bays and I assume there were at least 2 or 3 in the pits doing the draining. With that many people working I figured they would be fairly quick. So I pulled into one of the shorter lines. Boy, was I wrong. It took 40 minutes just to get into the bay. It took another 45 minutes to change my oil. That's all I had done. Apparently, several of those eight employees were trainees and weren't up to par yet. At least the "tech" who worked on my vehicle wasn't. When she added the oil she pulled the dipstick to check the level but she had to take it to another "tech" to be shown how to read it. When it was time to pay the bill I presented a coupon for 20% off. My bill was still $117.00. So my full price would have been about $147. Granted my vehicle takes 8 quarts but still...$147 for a simple oil change? Plus wasting an hour and a half of my time. I've been to this place many times in the past and never had an experience like this. I guarantee I won't have another because I'll never use this place again. If I'm going to throw money away to have a rookie learn on my truck, I'd rather pay my grandson to do it. Do yourself a favor and save some frustration, time and money. Go somewhere else or do it yourself.
