Very friendly, fast and thorough service (five stars), unfortunately the next time I had the oil changed in my vehicle (different location) the technicians couldn’t get the oil filter off because it had been severely over-torqued and was seized in place (one star). It took three technicians nearly 45 minutes to get the filter off.
