in the two times that I have had my oil change at this location, they have failed to properly reinstall my undercarriage splash guard. The first time, they just neglected some of the screws, which I had to pay for later. The second time, they dismissed me before reinstalling the splashguard at all, and even when I returned for them to reinstall it, they neglected several screws again, leaving it hanging and scraping against the ground. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Valvoline always takes care of me. Whether it's a business van or my personal car, I can always trust them. The price is reasonable and the staff are quick and efficient.

Customer Service, customer service and more customer service. They push their own staff to train and be better at what they are already great at doing. You see this from the manager all the way throughout the crew. Amazing place.
