Took my 06" jeep commander 4.7L 4x4 for Oil change, they did great job on changing oil on my jeep, which my jeep previous owner used the Valvoline Oil fuilds to change oil every 3k or 4k miles. The reason why I gave 4 stars because their price is kinda of pricey but fast and best service, I paid $107 for oil change with check all fuilds, replace the air filters, replaced the drain plugs, the oil filter, and i picked new oil fuild maxlife red one with high mileage, that cost around $65 but on my recipet said 43$ for fuild and $22 for labor??? Mmmmm... they also check out other thing like windshield fuilds, check headlight and taillight, check and refill more coolant fuild into it, and check the tire air, as well i make them to make sure to check the tire pressure before they put air in the tires, and they need to check out the maximum sign before they put more fuilds into it that they don't overfilled it... overall. They are worth it to make sure your car everything check out before get back on road trip! does great job and nice and friendly employees!
Worst place to visit.
On one hand, while they mean well, they always break something on my car before I leave.
They broke my hood latch the last time I was there, and to be transparent I was given 50% off my next oil change, which is what brought me back to them for another visit.
On my second visit back I noticed they made a note of damaging my hatch, so that was nice, but they chose to voluntarily alter the pressure of my tires as a “ courtesy”.
After this, the low pressure system light came on and even after taking it back they refused to rectify the issue and claim responsibility instead, they said it’s a faulty sensor. The sensors were fine before my visit and now they don’t work anymore. Coincidence? No, they broke one or more of them because that’s what they do best.
It’s frustrating always going to them and leaving with something damaged. My advice is - pay a little more, go a little further and have basic maintenance done elsewhere.
I am revising the review below and adding stars as Valvoline has taken action to correct the damage. I have an appointment set up for a steam cleaning of the engine and new belts. As soon as the work is completed I shall update again.
Hate to do this to a formerly trusted business, but I discovered they spilled a lot of oil under the hood July 2. Despite three phone calls from me--all I'm asking is that they clean up the spill and fix whatever may be damaged from it--the manager and company have not yet done anything they said they would do. Given all this, I shall be reporting to every relevant site and agency.
I checked off that their service is a poor value because of the foreseeable costs of cleaning the oil spill and the illness I feel from breathing the fumes. People make mistake, sure, but failure to address them is insult to injury.
Very sad, because they have been reliable in the past. I still hope they will make good on "taking care of me" as promised, but my hopes are dimming with each passing day they do not.
