Flowers were pretty but roses never opened and dies within 3 days. They did replace them but with a much smaller arrangement and those roses were mostly yellow and instead of the 6 purple requested originally there were on 2, the vase was smaller as well. Also they put forth a photo like they are in a shopping center but when I mapquested the address they are in a residential neighborhood off of Wood Rd and Van Buren 🤔
I've had a few really great experiences at this wonderful flower shop. I figure is about time to write a review. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable! Every time I go in, I have an idea of what I want in my head but as a male, have no idea the flower names or anything haha. The last time I was in, Alissa helped me by creating the perfect arrangement! I felt so stupid trying to describe the "red" flower I had seen a few times before. She was very patient and helped me figure it out. It's also worth mentioning the apothecary section in the shop. They have lots of soaps, oils, lotions etc. It smells amazing!
In the past I also had flowers delivered from this shop and they arrived on time and looked beautiful. And unlike flowers I've had delivered in the past, these didn't come in a box with the vase separate. These flowers arrived perfect! In the vase, fresh and smelled very good! Oh and they weren't just dropped off at the front desk, they took the time to take them back to the recipient. I highly recommend this flower shop!
