Had old furnace and a/c that needed replaced. From my first phone call everything was handled promptly and professionally. My quote for system was good compared to others. Everything went exactly as explained/ quoted. Service team were very efficient and friendly. They explained everything well and answered all my questions. Our home is older and previous furnace was over 30 years old. I was a little anxious install would go smoothly. But as soon techs started working I could tell they knew their stuff. 100% will recommend Vance in future!

I was blown away by the professionalism and depth of knowledge Todd had. He took all the time needed to show and answer all questions and came up with options that would benifit us the best and here was absolutely no pressure to buy more than needed or wanted. I am also very glad to learn they have electricians that work for the company if we need one in the future.
