Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. Got a message to call my doctor’s office. She left the main phone number with no extension. First time I called I held for an hour before hanging up and then called the next morning. This time there was an option to leave a call back number. They called back immediately with a robo call that put me back on hold for thirty minutes.
All of the above without even mentioning the healthcare itself. Two years ago I waited in the examination room for an urgent care doctor that never showed….I left without seeing a doctor. I once saw a cardiologist at TVC who told me she had an app on her phone that could determine if I had heart issues….and that after waiting in the examination room for about twenty minutes or more. So the only reason I even associate with TVC is because I do like my General Practitioner and see him once a year for my annual physical. My advice to anyone looking for good healthcare…look elsewhere!!
