Update: after several frustrating and slightly condescending calls, nothing has changed, bills continue to come in wrong, now they’ve sent one that’s even double billed on a date I wasn’t even seen for a visit. We will be pulling our family of four from their Vancouver Clinic care entirely.
Original: I went in for a physical, was screened for depression as I waited in the lobby, and was told that I was depressed in my physical. I told Dr Parsley it was in large part due to financial struggles and work life balance. Turns out, her discussing that depression with me and prescribing me a medication would be AN ADDITIONAL OUTPATIENT SERVICE in addition to the physical that I was actually there for. That means an extra $310 out of my pocket… when I went into for a physical, told I was depressed, and was not told about additional charges when they decided to take that initiative.
I will let you guess if billing services was helpful, professional, or at all compassionate when contacted.
This is our second stint with Vancouver clinic after leaving two years ago because of billing issues related to my young child in NICU and another child with a broken bone.
I have canceled my future appointments while I hope to resolve this issue, but am more convinced I will find a new provider.
My Family has been going to this facility for several years and it is the Best service we have received from any other clinic we have used.
The staff is very helpful and friendly and the service is prompt and enjoyable. The Doctors and Nurses are exceptional and make us feel at ease during every visit.
The facility is very clean and inviting when we visit.
This Vancouver Clinic location is simply the Best!
