When the compressor on our heat pump died, the VanDiermen team did a fine job replacing and testing the unit. Warm smiles around the house again. Thanks.

They installed a Secondary pump after replacing the other one about 6 months ago. The pump was $200 and he was only here for an hour . They charged us $730. $500 for labor is extremely high. We will not use this company again.

It is very disappointing that we have to send an email asking for a quote for a new furnace and even after 3 phone calls we did NOT receive a call or an estimate. If you are to busy, let us know right away and ok. ANSWER TO YOUR RESPONSE: And we did NOT ask for a quote over the phone, we sent all information needed for a basic quote via email (all other companies did give us a quote within 3 days, WITHOUT seeing the installation area) and we NEVER received a phone call!! Lying does not help your business! Shame on you.
