I recently had a dip manicure done there and am very upset with the results and my experience. I asked for neutral ombré and showed the nail tech a photo for reference. Then nail tech confirmed she could do it. I asked for guidance on color choice of neutral for the under coat and she didn’t give much input/ recommendations. When she went to do the ombré, she made a comment that I picked the wrong color. I noticed that when she blended the ombré, it was with her finger not a sponge. After my manicure I was rushed out of the chair only for it to immediately be taken by someone else. It felt like an assembly line for manicures rather than a spa. Later on, I noticed that nail polish was left all around my cuticles. There are bubbles in my nails and the ombré looks more like an oily paint rather then blended in. I am very upset with the results of my nails. I can’t believe the results with how much it cost!

I want my money back. I came here about a month ago to get my acrylics taken off and redone. (I have been bouncing around and looking for a permanent nail tech.) They were great until they destroyed my nails. I just went to a diffrent nail artist through my mom to get them taken off, I was going to get builder gel to let my nails have a break from acrylics. We took off my acrylics and they were destroyed (photo proof below). If I had left them on any longer my nail bed would have peeled right up. My nails have ointment on both hands and are current healing hopefully should be back to normal in 2-3 weeks. 80 Dollars not well spent.

I was seen by Donna and she did such an exceptional job!!!! She was so sweet & funny. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she KILLED it. 10/10 recommend.
