Steven was wonderful! He was able to come out and service my fireplace and get it back up in running in under an hours time. he even took the time to explain to me how to turn the unit off completely and restart it. Cant recommend this company enough! Very honest, and hard working company with great employees.

I am totally disgusted with the way Vanport conduct their business! It is impossible to speak to them on the phone don’t bother to leave a message they NEVER return calls. If I hadn’t placed a deposit on my installation I would walk away on the order.

Steve and Duck were great to work with. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and were thoughtful down to matching the paint color of the house for the chimney siding repairs. Really went the extra mile to remove the old flue, clean everything, repair the chimney cap, and do the final fitting. 10/10 would use again. Coordinating with the office staff was a little hit and miss, nice people, but a little challenging shuffling from person to person. Make sure your quote is exactly what was discussed.
