I've used Vans Auto repair a few times because they were reasonably priced. The last repair was not so reasonably priced but I was in a pinch to get my vehicle repaired and they got me in, they replaced my carrier bearing in my 2011 Ram truck, roughly 30K mi later it failed again. The carrier bearing should be good for 100K miles. Called Van and he offered me no help at all, Bad or cheap bearing? Poor installation? I don't know, but I should have gotten more than 30K mi, It's not a cheap fix. I'm just frustrated at the lack of customer service these days with most businesses. Make your own call on this one.

We have used Van's Auto Repair over the past several years and have had excellent service and a quick turn around time. The guys are always helpful in explaining what is going on with each vehicle and giving a time frame of when the service or repairs should be completed. Keep the good work up guys!!

Van is the only place I would take my cars for any repairs or check up. I have been to countless auto repair shops. Some good and other are really bad. Van is honest and to the point. He tell you exactly what you need to fix and nothing more. He doesn't tell you to fix things you don't need like other repairs shop. His prices are reasonable. Before I buy a car. I have Van inspect it and all of my cars had lasted for years with his inspection. His whole family are very nice people. It's feel good to support good local business.
