Our family had such a great experience here. We initially went on a referral for our youngest son. At our first appointment while we were in the waiting area the lady helping our son pick out classes let us know that if we ever wanted to be seen at the office we could as well, she told us that our insurance allows all of us to be seen there.
I had always paid out of pocket for my boy's glasses and mine as well. I had been told by America's Best for years that I should see a doctor about some eye issues I was having and that they don't deal with that sort of thing. While I was talking in the waiting area to the lady helping my son pick out frames she told me that I should definitely get the issues I was having checked out and that they could do it all there and that my insurance would take care of it all.
I honestly think the lady who always helps us is just a kind and sweet person. She has been kind to my whole family since we first walked in and because she is good at her job and friendly, my whole family is seen here now. I'm not sure I have ever written a review before but I'm doing it now as a way to say thank you to her! I would definitely give these people a chance. They care about their job and they're good at what they do. My eye tests and exams went great, I was told the issue I was having is nothing to worry about and how to manage it and the other eye issue I was having was unique but is probably from birth and my eyes are healthy.
One last side note, the place is super clean and nice.. I get easily weirded out about places that are funky, this place is good to go
