Before today. I would have given this place a 5 star. However, they sold me the wrong battery after I showed them the battery I needed and now because it's been more then 7 days (which they never informed me of a 7 day exchange policy) they refuse to let me do a return an exchange or store credit. This is very disappointing considering this was the only place I liked to go. Changed from 1 star to 4... Edit: regardless of the situation I was in this is still my favorite store. 🤷🏻♀️

Sells defective vapes and won't let u return even though it's there fault. Called to rectify situation and guy was extremely rude. Do not go there

I had a terrible experience at a shop near by and came across to see if they could help me! WOW! Night and day. This team was incredibly helpful and had great customer service. They took their time to look at my device and help me troubleshoot what was going on. I was so impressed that I bought a second device just because they made me feel so much better about their knowledge of the products. 10/10 recommend this shop!
