Great service. Was treated like family and they helped educate me on vape products so I would know more of what I was doing rather than leaving me to figure it out on my own

I walk in being a customer here for about 3 months ( started using vapeorama across the street because of the price difference) anways, I returned today because the shop across the street appeared to be closed, I couldn't find the same flavor I usually get so I told them I would step out for a minute, I felt like I was taking up space standing around the counter with others actively purchasing. I took a moment outside to double check the shop across the street, still appeared closed. When I re entered the shop I was approached by an employee asking if the purchase was for myself or for another individual...I informed them it was for myself (maybe they were just being careful) but was immediately spoken down to and told my actions were suspicious. I explained to them that I was just looking for a specific flavor that only the other shop carried, and was just stared at awkwardly. Very passive aggressive. No need for it, the entire vibe was just bad. Well wouldn't ya know it...when I left, the other shop opened up and had the exact product I was looking for. I explained what happened across the street...yeah we shared a laugh. Anyways never had issues with this shop a few months back but why I was treated like some sketchy idk what, I have no idea. I was in military uniform. Just felt there was no need for all that. Additionally....place is overpriced in comparison to vapeorama.

I went in and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. My grandmother passed away from lung cancer 3 months ago. That made me want to quit smoking. I went into vapor gear and a man named Bruce was soooooo nice and helpful. He gave me %20 off. He genuinely cared about my health. I will be going to this shop from now on. They support people who actually want to quit smoking. I love vapor gear all the locations are very nice with knowledgeable staff and low prices.
