When my partner and I first walked in the costumer service was on point! I ended up spending just under $300 dollars on two mods, batteries, charger, juice, ECT. Once I payed they told me if I didn't like the mod I could return it within 30 days. They told me to check it out, use it and if I didn't like it I could return it! Well I tried it and I didn't care for it. So like they told me I could I I went down to return it and they said nope can't return it because it was used! So why the hell did you tell me to check it out see if I liked it and if not I could return it?! What was I suppose to do walk around with it in my head for 30 days to see if I like the feel of it?! Y'all need to get your policies straight I paid just under $100 for the mod alone and now it just sits in it's box! I'll never shop at vapor lounge again!

So I came in to one of your locations as a first time customer and was treated like I did not exist not one of the males in this place even seemed like they wanted to help they just stood there smoking there vapes totally uninterested one of the females was kinda helpful but not really just a bad experience all the way around my wife convinced me to go back one more time and the 2 females on that day were absolutely fantastic so I guess I don't understand what the problem was because on the usual I would have never went back or used you services again and I'm still a little iffy about your business because of those gentleman if I see them I will walk away and go somewhere else that appreciates my business

My sister freedom started working here last summer and I just went to say how great this company is and they have greatproducts. She loves it here and I think it’s a great place I definitely recommend. 😊
