Had no issues with them until last year when they didn’t know how to file my taxes. Because I didn’t have a W2 they didn’t know how to file my income and put down the kids for the credits. They unfortunately recommended I file by mail. Worst choice as I’m still waiting on my refund 11 months later. If they didn’t know how to file my taxes they shouldn’t have taken my money. When I had a hard time contacting the IRS I called them to see if they could help. They couldn’t be reached. Offices we’re closed. My calls/ voice messages were ignored. When someone finally answered she hung up on me because she didn’t speak English, then proceeded to text me. So I replied with my issue I get ghosted. I followed up two more times and have been ignored. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Messed up my taxes these past 2 times. No one answers there phone to fix there mistake.
