Used this company because our building owner selected them. Experience was ok. But as a reminder, please 1) keep your scheduled appointment. I was confirmed for 11-3, then received a automated call saying 3-5, then complained and they said ‘scheduling issue’ and changed to 1-230pm (they showed up around 2); 2) clean up BEFORE you leave….microwave was installed but wood chips were left all over floor and stovetop. We have a newborn and a 1 year old. Splinters could have gotten into his feet. We had to sweep up. No drop cloth was used to prevent this. Provide more training to your employees. I will say however, your employees were very nice but the above two issues we can overlook just because they were nice.

Got my neighbors wall AC replaced. They were able to remove the old one and replace the old sleeve, and install the new sleeve and new unit. All within 1-2 hours. Great customer service, great price, overall amazing experience!
