Estifanos of Varsity went above and beyond to help me with a malfunctioning laptop in the clerestory level of Grace Cathedral, where I work. The laptop runs an art installation, and to reach it, you have to walk up four flights of stairs, across the catwalk and then down two floors via a spiral staircase. He analyzed the problem, recommended a solution, and then came back again to execute it. He was responsive and good humored throughout. Thanks!
