Francisco and his team did a fantastic job for us! They came right away; took out our water-damaged old floor; carefully replaced the subfloor & laid a new one down. In about a week the whole place looked new. I highly recommend Vashon Floor Store. They are honest people who care about doing a lovely job.

We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with the Vashon Floor Store! To begin with, we don’t live on Vashon and they were willing to pick up and drop off samples for us! Once we chose a floor Francisco came to measure and noticed things about our floor (level issues) that we hadn’t noticed! He was amazing. The team who installed our floors were friendly and very efficient. Ruben, one of the installers, was a craftsman! He was able to finish our molding and fill in spots on molding where we had gaps (that were due to a previous job). I will definitely use them again and highly recommend considering using them for any flooring job, even if you’re not on Vashon Island!

We were very pleased with the service we received from the Vashon Floor Store. We were having work done on our vacation home while we were out of state and they were great about communicating with us to let us know what was going on. When problems were encountered they went above and beyond expectations to solve them. The end result turned out great. We would definitely use them again.
