Austin works hard and is always learning, I’d recommend him as a leader. And Vector as a way to start something awesome.

To people who want to know if this is a scam: No, it is a legitimate multi-marketing company that you can work for to build experience especially while you're in college. Vector Marketing is a distributor/sales arm of Cutco, a company that sells kitchen cutlery. You are able to make lots of money from your commission through sales if you are willing to put in the work. This job is direct selling to clients and you only gain clients through referrals by your current customers. For this branch, you are not required to purchase a demo kit, which is to be used for your demonstrations when you meet with potential customers to sell Cutco's products. This job is not an hourly-paid type and you are considered an independent contractor, meaning you will work according to your own schedule. In other words, no work = no pay. You are more likely to get the job if you were recommended by a friend or family member who is already associated with the company. Your first sales will be contacting with people you are close with, such as your family members or your neighbours. Then you will be asking them to write down phone numbers and other required information so that you can contact them for future potential sales. This is not a cold-calling telemarketing company because on the phone with the people you were recommended to, you will mention the person they were referred by so they can trust you. Most of the time, you will have to drive to their house to do the demonstrations so make sure that you will have a car and license by the time you get the job. After making enough sales, you will have the option to make phone-to-phone sales with your clients. You'll have them go to the Cutco website and guide them through by watching the videos of the demonstrations, so you don't have to drive to their house. This job is not as easy as it seems and it takes lots of practice to be fluent with your sales. Again, this is NOT a scam. You just need to be dedicated and be prepare to moments where you make no sales. I wish you luck if you choose to go through with this company because it is very rewarding as long as you put in hard work.
