The customer service experience I had here was misogynistic, condescending, and disappointing. My skills as a bicycle rider, intellect and my body were called into question when I asked for assistance with a bike I purchased there. Tho my buying experience (some time ago) was decent, I do not recommend buying or servicing your bike here. There are better spaces /people that welcome you and WANT to assist you in having an optimal cycling/biking life.

Veloworx offers great service and knowledge about all types of bikes. I no longer live in the area but I drive out my way to buy and service my bicycles here
