Super disappointed. Try to place an online order like normal, it didn’t work. Took a screenshot to claim the discount offered. Show up to pick up the order an hour later, not only are they out of the product I was attempting to order, also did not honor the 15% discount that I clearly had a picture of. I’ve been a customer since the month you guys opened. 2024 has clearly been different around velvet. It’s sad to see.

Service is always quick and easy, prices seem fair, staff is always super friendly, security included. I don't feel like there's much else to say - just a good & quick experience every single visit.
