I came to this appointment prepared to have to defend and advocate for myself (after a recent bad experience with someone else) but Veneta surprised me by being absolutely wonderful. She listened, she made plans, she explained things, she answered all my questions. I didn't feel judged (even being larger than most patients). And I now know everything I should be doing to manage my conditions. I was wondering if I was overreacting switching from a different provider - but now I am so grateful I did. The woman assisting her was super easy to work with too - and even made sure to get some extra information before our appointment related to my concerns so that Veneta could be better prepared. The whole experience was surprisingly comfortable. I was even able to get in to see her the same week I called!
