I bought a kpx 250. It recieved some damage to the fairings on the left side of the motorcycle. It was from the shipping company. Accidents do happen. I contacted Venom Motorsports. Jeric from there took care of everything needed to have replaced parts sent to me. He was very great with the communication through emails and phone calls. He ensured me I would recieve the replacement parts needed. I certainly did get the exact factory replacement parts needed. My motorcycle is 100 percent now. Jeric at Venom Motorsports made it easy. I'm glad he's there to help when mishaps occur in the shipping process. The picture was the damaged parts. A fork lift is what hit it while still in the shipping box.

It is with great pleasure I give this amazing review. What a great family they have at Venom Motorsports USA. Mae D really hooked my family up over Christmas 2023 and truly made us a part of their family. We are very very happy! My advice is to promote this dedicated lady to manager. Mae D was on top of her game and made our dreams come true. I was so impressed with her ability that we are going to give half of our warranty claim ($20.00) to the Florida Pointer Rescue to save an animal. We always talk about doing the right thing and I'm here to tell you that Mae D at Venom Motorsports USA did just that. A heart felt thank you and to one amazing new year!

Highly recommend Venom Motorsports! The customer service is superb- especially Mark! We ordered an electric dirt bike for Christmas (which was unfortunately back ordered), so we prepared our son for it to arrive a couple days after Christmas. Then I got a message on dec 19, that the bike was assembled & on a truck to us. Here we are dec 22 with our brand new dirt bike!!! It came 100% assembled & charged. Great quality & Works perfect. Having Venoms 100% assembly was the smartest thing I’ve ever done, worth the price!!
