The staff and technicians at Ventura County Overhead Door are lifesavers, our gate- which we rely on to keep our livestock guardian dogs in- got jammed open, therefore terrifying the neighbors. I called and within minutes Daniel was able to calmly talk me through a reset, offering tips and advice should it happen again. I should add, they installed this gate system years ago, were professional and competitively priced. It’s not the new product you worry about, but any issues down the line & these guys have you covered!
We purchased two large commercial grade roll-up doors from Ventura County Overhead Door.
Ventura County Overhead Door’s owner, Greg, worked closely with us throughout the process. Greg was responsive, very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions regarding the roll-up doors. These two doors were custom designed and manufactured with our choice of paint color. In addition, Greg and Danny came to the property on several occasions pre-installation to plan and coordinate all the necessary items that needed to be completed prior to the installation of the doors (e.g., electrical and woodwork.)
The installation was professional and meticulous. Danny the lead installer and his colleague were very detail oriented and extremely careful.
We highly recommend Ventura County Overhead Door. They did a great job!
