The camp ground has potential to be really amazing. A few things we enjoyed while safari tent camping: pool, jumping pillow, the nearby creek and gem mining. Things we were not so fond of: -tents need upkeep. Microwave did not work properly, door wouldn’t stay closed unless it was locked, edges around tent were open and allowed spiders into tent. -trails were not really visible and unsafe, especially the one with many steps going down to the adventure course -bathrooms were not well maintained
I think if these amenities were maintained it would’ve made for a better experience. Overall it’s about average. Not the worst but also not the best.
We picked the teepees and they were HUGE disappointment. Pls stay away from booking the teepees, they are nothing at all like the pics. Our teepees had tears in the fabric, the zip to close the teepee was half broken and had a hornets nest inside, not to mention the disgustingly stained mattresses. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
When I tried to talking to someone at the front desk, all they told me was contact customer service. They said this particular property was managed by a horrible owner who doesn’t put any money back into the property and he’s got multiple complaints and the owner does nothing. STAY AWAY.
