There was a largely unfortunate miscommunication between the managers and me for move in. I was told I would get the first month free. That didn’t happen, even though I was told by the assistant manager. The assistant manager did cut me some slack and helped as best she could after the miscommunication, but still was not given a month free of rent. Move in would get 1 star for me.
Regardless, the place is nice and peaceful. No amenities offered from the apartment complex, but it is very centric. There are many things around the apartments. Had the move in process been more honest, the place would have been 5 stars for sure. For the place and the good selection process they have, it allows for a more peaceful environment, so bumps it up to 3 and maybe 4 stars because that stuff is important for my family.
