When my wife and I walked in late Sunday afternoon, the store was empty. Charles, the service representative gave us his full attention as we were exploring options for five new phones for our family. He was very patient and explained every detail for plans, phones, and options to meet each one of our family member’s needs. But as other customers came into the store and waited for assistance, my wife and I felt a little responsible for their having to wait. As we were in no hurry for anything, we decided to leave and come back in a little while, and let him service the other waiting customers. A short time later, he texted me to let me know it was a good time to come back, which I did, but unaware that it was already passed the store’s closing time. He did not even explain that to me, but awaited my arrival, provided me with thorough and exceptional service, and I left a very happy new Verizon customer!

Great customer service! For once I had no wait and was given knowledge information to figure out my best plan and new phone.

Charles was so amazing. His knowledge of the products and expertise with calculating costs was wonderful!
