I came in earlier this week and Mika helped me with a plethora of issues!! He set up an appointment with him and his manager to help me with some business problems With my account. He was very pleasant and has a great personality. I will be back for sure!!

James and Ryan are perpetually helpful, both from a service and sales standpoint. From switching my family's plan to Verizon away from an overzealous & overcharging carrier, to helping me purchase & transition phones multiple times (due to user error, they saw me about 5 times in a 72 hour period), they were kind, friendly, and more knowledgeable than any other service provider in town - not just phone service, any service. I truly am grateful for their expertise and patience, and I've already referred other friends to THIS specific store, not just the brand. I'll be back in a month to switch an extended family member to Verizon solely due to my experience with this team. In fact, I'm calling ahead next time to make sure they're working.
