Account opened in my name. I never opened it and do not have services with them. The manager was saying it was my family member no sir it was not. Don’t do business with this store!

We went yesterday and had a great experience with Flavio. He was friendly, helpful and met all of our needs. He made the process of getting new phones simple and easy. We also didn’t wait at all on a Sunday!
