I think my representative’s name is Destiny! She was wonderful and helped me with switching my SIM card into an ESIM for my iPhone 13 Pro. She was fast, efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond. Everyone at the store was very nice and very friendly. Will come back to this store if I need anything else!!!

Went there looking to replace my phone case. They ask for my I.D. .Not because of my case. Because, they want to try and sell me upgrades to my phone. Went to T-Mobile in same mall and Alexis informed me that my Otterbox had a lifetime warranty. Even tho I wasn't a T-Mobile customer. She helped me process the claim. My family and freinds will be switching to.T-Mobile soon. They are very personable. Not like the robotic hard sell verizon people at this particular store
