Mediocre at best. I transfered my phone number on a prepaid phone over from another carrier and when it wouldn't work on my own phone, I was forced to buy a new phone. An overpriced prepaid phone, 349.99. Unbelievable, plus the first month of service, 45.00, so about 400.00. Rip off. Same phone on Amazon for 149.00.

Worked with two associates at different times on the same day to add a line to my plan. Neither of them informed me that I’d be charged a new line activation fee. Not one word was mentioned. In fact, they were very clear that my plan would go up by $XX per month, and that was it. It wasn’t until I reviewed my upcoming bill that I saw the fee. Went back to speak with them and now I have to work with customer service to get a refund.
