Staff is courteous, patient and extremely helpful. We were there daily 5 days in a row🤣🤣 Worked primarily with Michael & Mike. Observed other staff's interactions with other customers, those customers, from what I could tell, also received excellent assistance with the issues brought to Verizon! Keep up the great customer service!!

Came in to upgrade my phone and watch. Russ helped me the first day, and when I came back a few days later, Mike helped me. Mike was able to find an error deep in my billing that saved me money and got me set up with home internet. The team at this Verizon store is on point, and I would recommend anyone with verizon in this area to go there for service. Great team! Thank you all for your amazing help.
