Staff was not helpful nor knowledgeable, although the issue was clearly notated. Treatment towards me was completely non-professional with a pompous attitude. Apparently, corporate to store and store corporate communication is nonexistent. My experience was disappointing to say less. Verizone was the best, but my experience as of late has been completely contrary. I only gave this star cause I had no option for negative star +.
