Verizon Montclair Place. Five stars to their unbelievable way to LIE to customers just to get the commission $$ on new services. Few days after I signed the agreement for a couple of new lines I was not able to use one of them. The associate who opened my account did a trick on the line and I because of this I wasn't able to use it until 45 days after. I reached to them but one more time they lied to me and still I wasn't able to use the line, even though I was paying for the service. Since they were not honest with me I better decided to get help from corporate. They were able to fix the mess. They cancelled the whole line and opened a brand new one in order for me to use the line freely also, they explained to me what they did with my account, totally UNETHICAL! I would name the employee who did it along with the manager I spoke to but I have principles and I understand they have family to support, but instead I will give them the chance to rethink a bettert and honest way to do business with new customers. Disclaimer about the issue: Verizon is a good company no issues with the service they provided once they fixed employee's mess.
