We received our new phones and came to the store to activate them. They helped us through the transfer process, activation, porting, wiping of the old phone. This took quite a while but the manager, Gabe, was unbelievably kind and helpful even though we kept them open for about 45 minutes later pass closing time. Absolutely love their help and service.

Alejandra the sales person which I spent a long time with her to transfer 4 numbers to Verizon, she actually did the job right only for one number. The other 3 numbers where not transferred and 3 people their numbers where disconnected from previous carriers but not connected to Verizon. Can you be without phone for more than 1 day? I have no idea what she was doing all that time I was at the store in front of her because she definitely didn’t do what she was asked to do. Really bad

Well, not a good company store to go , kind small you have to hang out standing mostly , but the manager day time not as helpful , i felt he needs more skills to deal with customer questions . I dont recommend this company store at this time .
