Sooo not sure what happened to the one star reviewers but I was thrilled with the customer service I received! My wifes iPhone4 has had a locking up problem in the past and since my family tends to use my upgrades... I am left with this phone that keeps freezing. I was traveling home, had my GPS on and my wife calls.... after I hung up, it goes back to GPS and freezes. Nothing I do can unfreeze it.
I go into Verizon and Eric Nelson helps me... I tell him my problem and he performs a reset and wahlah! Better than new! As soon as he did that... I said... "Why didn't I think of that?" I asked him to look up my account all ready to upgrade. But Eric had fixed my problem and when we saw that February was my next upgrade, there was no pressure and he was gracious and just glad to help.
In February, I will definitely return to that store to give Eric my business! In this day and age, where we have lost the art of customer service and are just concerned about making a sale... this store is refreshing and I will go out of my way to give them my business!
Maybe the past negative reviewers were there when old staff or management was in that store but they definitely have changed since then. I am very serious about good customer service and the thing I like about Yelp is... you can compliment someone or vent when not given the best service. In this case, I had to take the time to compliment them!
