Excellent service! I was helped out by a gentleman named Shaun and the quality of his service was outstanding. I noticed that they have great communication with the manager David who is also a fantastic addition the the company. I would give them a 6-star rating but unfortunately I'm limited to 5. I definetly recommend this store over other because of the sincerity of all the employees and great air conditioning!

Adam and Dominic were a tremendous pleasure to work with. This store closes at 7pm and we showed up at 6:40p in attempt to add a line using a Verizon promotion for 2 iPhones. We figured we would get turned away until the next day however they both welcomed us in the store and they we’re not worried about how long it would take to get us set up. Both of them took their time with us and did not attempt to rush us through the process of getting set up. It is service like this that really stands out to me and they deserve every bit of 5 stars. Much appreciated and I am happy to be a new Verizon customer!

If you want excellent customer service for a phone don't look any further. I was from a company that did not care and screws me over and over. I have come into this store a number of times and can't tell you how much help they have been. I had an issue that they bent over backwards to fix. Amazing arrive. I'm not going anywhere else. Rasha the store manager and Eric are the best!
